1. The size of the H-shaped steel workpiece


The steel structure processing of the three-dimensional parking garage generally uses H-shaped steel with a web size of less than 400mm. However, some customers take into account the development and manufacture of light-weight steel structures, and there will be a lot of H-shaped steel processing with a web size below 700mm.


2. The annual processing volume of H-shaped steel and the complexity of the workpiece


If the annual processing volume is large, you can choose CNC high-speed (spindle speed>3000rpm) three-dimensional drill or economical CNC high-speed three-dimensional drill. If there are more than one type of holes on each side and the output is relatively large, you can choose a CNC high-speed three-dimensional drill with a tool magazine.


3. Project investment budget


If the project budget is relatively low, you can choose a low-speed (spindle speed <720rpm) CNC 3D drilling machine (foreign customers rarely choose a low-speed CNC 3D drilling machine), or an economical high-speed 3D drilling machine.


4. Workshop hardware requirements


For steel structure processing, according to the characteristics of the product and the situation of the company, in order to reduce labor and increase the degree of automation, a full set of H-beam processing production line can be added with high-speed CNC corner band sawing unit and CNC plasma cutting unit, so that the configuration can complete H-beam processing Drilling, sawing and plasma cutting can improve productivity and automatic processing level, and better guarantee processing quality. After the configuration is completed, the length of the CNC H-beam processing production line will be about 50 meters, which requires relatively high hardware requirements for the workshop; if there is a separate H-beam CNC 3D drilling production line, the equipment length will be about 30 meters.
