The CNC drilling machine is mainly used in the high-speed drilling of circular flanges, boilers and heat exchanger tube sheets. The machine tool can realize automatic, high-precision, multi-variety, small and medium-sized batch production.

1. The bed, gantry and other large iron castings have undergone sufficient thermal aging treatment, annealed at a high temperature of 550°C and kept warm for not less than 4 hours, which can effectively eliminate internal stress, so the dynamic and static rigidity are excellent, and the deformation is very small.


2. The drilling spindle is driven by a 7kW strong overload special spindle frequency conversion motor, which has a large torque at low speed and can withstand heavy cutting loads. The drilling is powerful and stable.


3. Equipped with corresponding servo motors and servo drives, it has good compatibility, powerful functions and is extremely easy to operate.

4. Key transmission components such as linear roller guide rails and precision ball screw pairs are installed with extremely high precision. For example, the linear guide rail has an installation datum surface, check it with a 0.04mm feeler gauge after tightening, and do not insert it; the parallelism tolerance between the linear guide rails is 0.05/1000, the parallelism tolerance between the ball screw and the linear guide rail is 0.03/1000, etc.


5. Hydraulic fixtures can be added to automatically clamp circular flanges, which greatly improves processing efficiency.


The main structure of CNC drilling machine


 This machine tool mainly consists of a bed, a worktable, a gantry, a drilling head, a hydraulic system, a cooling system, an automatic lubrication system, a numerical control system, an electrical system, and a chip conveyor.


The design fully considers the rationality of materials and reinforcement, and has undergone sufficient artificial aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, so the dynamic and static rigidity are both good, and the deformation is very small.


There are two linear rolling guide rail pairs with high bearing capacity installed in front of the gantry; a precision ball screw pair is installed between the guide rails, and the nut drives the horizontal sliding plate to move in the Y direction. Flexible protective covers are installed on both sides of the transverse slide plate.
