The speed of ordinary machine tools is constant, and the cutting speed of different diameters is different. The CNC machine tool has the function of constant linear speed cutting, and the same linear speed can be used to ensure that the surface roughness value of the vehicle end face and outer circle with different diameters is small and consistent. When machining surfaces with different surface roughness, choose a lower feed rate for the surface with small roughness, and choose a higher feed rate for the surface with large roughness, which has good variability, which is difficult to do in ordinary machine tools arrived.
