Milling cutters can also be used for milling. This equipment is economical and practical, with sufficient rigidity and easy feeding. The width is 1300mm, and the effective processing is 1000mm, replacing the radial drill.

Before machining, be sure to adjust the orientation of the workpiece on the workbench so that the centerline of the machining hole is aligned with the tool axis. During processing, the workpiece is fixed, the spindle rotates in the sleeve, and feeds together with the sleeve as an axial direction. The table and headstock can be adjusted along the column guide to accommodate workpieces of different heights. The spindle actively changes the speed and feed rate, and the workpiece actively adjusts the direction to complete the active cycle of multi-process processing.

Power is sent to the gearbox through the key set combination. The main castings have undergone artificial aging treatment, and steel parts such as the main shaft, main shaft sleeve, coupling, transmission shaft, and transmission gear have undergone necessary heat treatment to maintain good stability and wear resistance.
